Ready for liftoff? Strap yourselves in as we embark on a journey through the vast cosmos of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Your guide for this interstellar voyage is none other than yours truly, Captain Nancy Bain, steering the ship that is Supernova Media.
Our spacecraft has been exploring the AI galaxy like a hungry black hole, its engines powered by an insatiable hunger for knowledge and a mission to generate content that lights up your digital universe like a supernova. From blog posts to chatbots, video generation to data-infused infographics, we’ve become interstellar explorers, embracing AI to enhance our daily workflow and amplify productivity.
But, who’s really at the helm of this starship, charting its course through the digital cosmos? It’s not the AI toolkit that guides us, but yours truly, the curious human in the captain’s chair. I am the heart and soul of this cosmic exploration. I am the one behind every post, every interaction, and every strategic decision. Simply put, #ItsMeWithAI.
Take a look at our ongoing mission: The Skills For Hire Data Analyst Program, a 20-week exploratory journey sponsored by Digital Nova Scotia. Through this program, I’ll be learning the stars of SQL, Python, and data visualization, to better my understanding of the AI universe and the data constellations that illuminate it.
Next, there’s the Dream Business Program by Mashup Lab. Consider this my compass, guiding me through the nebulous landscape of business and entrepreneurship, offering a chance to meet fellow cosmic voyagers and learn from the galaxy’s most seasoned travelers.
LinkedIn Learning has been a go-to space station for knowledge. It offers a galaxy of courses, covering everything from AI ethics to machine learning courses. Some stellar wisdom I’ve gathered: ‘AI was built by humans for humans, to enhance the way we work.’ This simple truth is the North Star guiding my AI journey—it’s us, the star pilots, utilizing AI to supercharge our cosmic voyages.
AI has become an integral part of my daily life. I use AI to learn SQL through delicious chocolate cake examples (yum!) and even to organize my learning schedule. When it comes to tools, there are a few stellar companions I rely on every day: ChatGPT, Canva, Midjourney, and Code Interpreter, with special mentions to Lumen5 and ChatPDF. With AI in my spaceship, every day is a launch day, boldly exploring the infinite reaches of the digital cosmos.
But remember, even as these AI tools power our spaceship, it’s ME at the helm, steering our journey through the cosmos. It’s me making the decisions, me learning and growing, me creating and sharing knowledge.
So, fellow space explorers, as we continue our voyage through the AI cosmos, I hope this gives you a glimpse into my cockpit. Yes, I use AI daily, and I LOVE it! It’s not about replacing the human touch. Instead, it’s about amplifying our capabilities, supercharging our productivity, and shooting for the stars.
