
Introduction
Welcome to the group guidelines for “Stellar Women Unite.” The purpose of this document is to ensure a well-organized, respectful, and empowering environment for all our members. It will serve as a roadmap for our Managers to navigate their roles effectively and ensure that we are all aligned with the group’s objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Group Owner (Nancy Bain)
- Overall administration, strategy, and oversight of group activities.
Community Manager
- Approving new members, moderating comments, initiating weekly topics or discussions, and ensuring the Code of Conduct is followed.
Content Strategist
- Planning and executing quality posts, articles, and potentially even webinars or podcasts that align with the group’s mission.
Growth Strategist
- Analyzing growth metrics, identifying opportunities for expansion, and implementing strategies to increase member engagement and group impact.
Diversity and Inclusion Experts
- Advising on best practices for fostering a diverse and inclusive community, and implementing initiatives to achieve these goals.
Event Coordinator
- Planning, coordinating, and executing virtual and potentially in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, and meetups.
Data Analyst
- Tracking key metrics, offering insights, and providing recommendations for group improvement.
Mentor/Mentee Coordinator
- Pairing members for mentorship opportunities, tracking the success of these relationships, and making adjustments as needed.
Members
- Contributing to discussions, sharing relevant content, and respecting other members.
Code of Conduct
- No Spamming: Promotional posts must be approved by a Manager.
- Respect: No derogatory comments, hate speech, or harassment.
- Relevance: All content shared must align with the group’s focus—empowering women in digital marketing and related fields.
Conflict Resolution
- Initial Assessment: Managers will assess the situation and its severity.
- Direct Mediation: A Manager will privately contact the parties involved to resolve the issue.
- Group Intervention: If the conflict affects the group, a public announcement may be made to address it.
- Escalation: If unresolved, the conflict may be escalated to the Group Owner (Nancy Bain).
Engagement
- Weekly Discussion Topics: Every Monday, a new discussion topic will be posted.
- Monthly Webinars: The last Friday of each month will feature a webinar from an expert in the field.
- Q&A Sessions: Periodic Q&A sessions will be held with thought leaders.
Content Guidelines
- Encouraged: Success stories, how-to articles, and news related to digital marketing and female empowerment.
- Not Allowed: Off-topic posts, political debates, and any form of advertisements unless approved.
